1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling services provided by Kerdos Infrasoft Private Limited. We understand that circumstances change, and we strive to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to services until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • No cancellation fees

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Can be cancelled within 30 days for a pro-rata refund
  • After 30 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term
  • No refunds after the 30-day period
  • Early termination fees may apply for enterprise agreements

3. Project-Based Services

3.1 Before Project Commencement

  • Full refund of any deposits paid
  • Must provide written notice at least 48 hours before start date
  • No cancellation fees

3.2 After Project Commencement

  • Client will be charged for work completed up to cancellation date
  • Minimum 7 days written notice required
  • All deliverables completed to date will be provided
  • Cancellation fee of 20% of remaining project value may apply

3.3 Milestone-Based Projects

  • Cancellation allowed at the end of any milestone
  • Payment for completed milestones is non-refundable
  • Must provide notice before next milestone begins
  • Partial milestone work will be charged proportionally

4. Consulting and Support Services

4.1 Hourly Consulting

  • Can be cancelled with 24 hours notice
  • Prepaid hours are non-refundable but can be used within 12 months
  • Unused hours expire after 12 months

4.2 Retainer Agreements

  • Require 30 days written notice for cancellation
  • Final invoice will include all services rendered during notice period
  • Unused retainer hours are forfeited upon cancellation

5. How to Cancel

5.1 Online Cancellation

  1. Log in to your account dashboard
  2. Navigate to "Subscriptions" or "Services"
  3. Click "Cancel" next to the service you wish to cancel
  4. Follow the prompts and confirm cancellation
  5. You will receive a confirmation email

5.2 Email Cancellation

  1. Send an email to info@kerdos.in
  2. Include your account details and service/subscription ID
  3. Clearly state your intention to cancel
  4. Provide the reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
  5. Wait for confirmation email (within 2 business days)

5.3 Phone Cancellation

  • Speak with a customer service representative
  • Provide your account information
  • Request email confirmation of cancellation

6. Cancellation by Kerdos Infrasoft Private Limited

We reserve the right to cancel services if:

  • Payment is not received within 15 days of due date
  • Terms of Service are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Client behavior is abusive or threatening to our staff
  • We are unable to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, you will receive written notice and an explanation.

7. Post-Cancellation

7.1 Data Access

  • You will have 30 days to download your data after cancellation
  • After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted
  • We are not responsible for data loss after the 30-day period

7.2 Reactivation

  • Cancelled subscriptions can be reactivated within 60 days
  • After 60 days, you will need to create a new subscription
  • Previous pricing may not be available upon reactivation

8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We may waive cancellation fees or provide refunds in cases of:

  • Service outages or technical issues on our end
  • Failure to deliver services as promised
  • Medical emergencies or force majeure events
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion

9. No-Show Policy

For scheduled consultations or meetings:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • No-shows or late cancellations may be charged the full session fee
  • Repeated no-shows may result in service termination
